Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with MB Custom Gifts. A real person makes and ships your order, and that person is me, Margaret.
Because each piece is made to order just for you, all sales are final and I'm not able to offer refunds. Please double-check your size and design before you order.
Most of my signs are made to order, one at a time, so please allow 1 to 3 business days for me to make your item before it ships. I ship within the United States, with tracking. Shipping is a flat rate by product type: signs $7.50, wreaths $20, and tumblers $8.50.
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please reach out through my Contact page within 7 days with a quick photo, and I'll ship you a replacement right away. I stand behind everything I make.
